It's time for あさごはん asagohan (breakfast) !
*
We learned that many older Japanese eat rice (ごはん gohan) for breakfast.
Younger Japanese people often eat cereal, just like us.
*
We coloured an asagohan picture on the SmartBoard. To start our turn,
we had to give the Password and say BREAKFAST in Japanese:

あさごはん...asagohan.
*
We play acted eating our breakfast and talked about what we were doing:
あさごはんをたべます
'asagohan o tabemasu'.
*
We looked at some real Japanese cereal boxes, and made our own to take home.
